• Payment Status (via KNET – no card numbers stored)

2. How We Use Your Information

The data collected is used only to enable and improve app functionality. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Schedule and manage ride and training bookings
• Assign and track driver movement during sessions
• Show live location to passengers and their parents or guardians
• Enable secure communication between users and drivers
• Send push notifications about session updates or driver arrival
• Display routes, distance, and estimated times via Google Maps
• Maintain a record of completed sessions for reference

3. Location Data

We track location only during active sessions and rides:

• For Drivers: Your live location is shared only during an active session or ride and is not visible otherwise.
• For Users: We collect pickup and drop-off locations to compute routes and track ride history.

Location data is securely stored and not used for any other purpose beyond functionality and safety.

4. Use of Third-Party Services

We use the following services which may also collect limited information to perform core features:

• Firebase Realtime Database: For secure data syncing and live updates (e.g., location tracking, booking statuses)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: To send push notifications to users and drivers
• Google Maps API: For location suggestions, map display, and route planning

These services are integrated securely and in compliance with their own privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with any third-party services, advertisers, or affiliates. Your data is used strictly within the context of the app and accessible only by authorized personnel.

6. Data Retention

We retain user and driver data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting support.

7. Data Security

All personal data is stored securely using Firebase and Directus with strict access control. We enforce role-based policies to ensure only the right users can access the appropriate content.

Live tracking is enabled only during an active ride or training session and disabled automatically after completion.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request corrections to inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent to location tracking (may affect service functionality)

9. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not directed toward children under 13. If you believe we’ve collected personal data from a child without parental consent, please contact us immediately and we will delete the data.
