By using the Diddeed mobile application for booking rides, driving training sessions, transport services, and related support, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Diddeed ("we", "our", or "us"). By registering, accessing, or using the app, you confirm that you accept these Terms and will comply with applicable laws.
2. Service Overview
Diddeed provides booking and coordination tools for transportation services, including:
- Regular rides from registered drivers.
- Scheduled driving training sessions with qualified trainers.
- Transport requests such as moving trucks, flatbeds, cranes, and related services where available.
3. User and Driver Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate account, contact, pickup, and destination information.
- Drivers and service providers must hold any required licenses, permissions, and vehicle approvals.
- All parties must behave respectfully, follow app guidelines, and comply with local traffic and safety laws.
4. Booking and Cancellation
- Bookings are made through the app and may require driver or provider confirmation.
- Cancellation rules, timing limits, or charges may be shown during booking or before confirmation.
- Missed appointments or cancellations after the allowed window may result in partial or full charges.
5. Payments
- Payments may be processed through KNET, cash, or other supported payment methods shown in the app.
- We do not store card details on our servers. Sensitive payment data is handled by the payment provider.
- Receipts or booking records may be available through the app or email.
6. Live Location Tracking
During active sessions, rides, or transport requests, real-time GPS location may be used to track provider movement, show estimated arrival, display the route, and allow the user or an authorized guardian to follow the service live. Live tracking ends automatically when the service is completed.
7. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services such as Google Maps for maps and routing, Firebase for secure data storage and notifications, Directus for content or administrative data, and payment providers for transactions. Your use of these features may also be subject to those providers' own terms and policies.
8. User Data and Privacy
We use user and provider data only to operate, improve, secure, and support the service. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Account Termination
- Users may request account deletion from the app settings or by contacting support.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, app guidelines, or applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diddeed is not responsible for losses caused by user or provider conduct, delays, service interruptions, technical failures, network issues, or disputes between users and providers.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes may be communicated through the app, website, or email. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Kuwait.
