Terms and Conditions

By using our mobile application ("App") for booking rides and driving training sessions, you ("User" or "Driver") agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and our company ("we", "our", or "us"). By registering, accessing, or using the app, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Service Overview

The app provides two primary services:

• Booking regular rides from registered drivers.
• Booking scheduled driving training sessions with qualified trainers.

3. User and Driver Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate personal information (name, phone number, and profile image).
• Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and comply with local traffic laws.
• Both users and drivers agree to behave respectfully and follow the app's guidelines.

4. Booking and Cancellation

• Users can book training sessions or rides through the app interface.
• Each booking must be confirmed by the driver.
• Cancellations may be subject to timing restrictions and charges, displayed clearly at booking.
• Missed appointments or cancellations after the allowed window may result in partial or full charges.

5. Payments

• All payments are processed via integrated KNET or other payment gateways.
• We do not store card details on our servers. All sensitive data is handled securely through the payment provider.
• Receipts are available via the app or email.

6. Live Location Tracking

During active sessions or rides, real-time GPS location is used to:

• Track driver movement.
• Show estimated arrival and travel route.
• Allow the user or a parent/guardian to follow the session live.

Live location tracking ends automatically once the session is completed.

7. Use of Third-Party Services

Our app uses third-party services, including:

• Google Maps for maps, location suggestions, and routing.
• Firebase for secure data storage and push notifications.

Use of the app is also subject to these services' own privacy policies and terms.

8. User Data and Privacy

We store user and driver data only for functionality and compliance. We do not sell or share your data with any external parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Account Termination

• Users may delete their account at any time from the app settings or by contacting support.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Any damage or loss resulting from the actions of drivers or users.
• Delays or service interruptions due to technical issues or network failures.
• Disputes between users and drivers.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after updates implies acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Kuwait.
